Our history
BAÑARES ABOGADOS was founded in Malaga by Victor M. Bañares, Attorney at Law. Mr. Bañares has been advising both individuals and legal entities on the Costa del Sol since 1998 in 4 languages, such as English, French, Russian and of course Spanish.
BAÑARES ABOGADOS works in areas such as Malaga, Marbella, Mijas, Fuengirola, Axarquia and other cities in Spain such as Madrid and Barcelona through collaborating law firms as these are the cities most commonly chosen by foreigners and nationals to settle in Spain, as well as being the seat of the main Courts and Tribunals.
Our managing partner, Victor M. Bañares, is a member of the Malaga Bar Association and frequently travels to different States to meet with the different Consular Bodies (useful in case of immigration matters, for example). He speaks and writes English, French, Russian and Spanish at a professional level and Italian at a conversational level.
