Subsequent to new judgements from the Supreme Higher Court in Madrid, from December 2015, banks are now bound to pay your deposits back in case of non-finished property. Eliminate your Interest Floor Clause and recover the expenses related to setting-up your mortgage.

The floor clause establishes a minimum flat rate to pay on each of the mortgage monthly repayments, regardless of the Euribor/market interest. Subsequent to the EU High Court resolution, banks must pay all the extra interests back to clients in case of having an interest floor clause and help you to recover the extra amounts paid back plus MOST OF THE INCORPORATION COSTS OF THE MORTGAGE.
